Vespers begins the new day in the Orthodox reckoning of time. "Having beheld the evening light we praise the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit..."
Saturday — 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Great Vespers.
Great Vespers on Saturday evening is a preparation for the Sunday Resurrectional Divine Liturgy. If Saturday is the eve of a major feast, we will have a vigil (Vespers and Matins combined) instead of Great Vespers.
Confession can be heard on Wednesday or Saturday evenings following the service or by appointment (Contact Information).
